To achieve this, each program is designed with the runner in mind. No two runners are the same, so neither are our training programs. We work collaboratively with each runner to understand their needs and motivations from which we use as the basis for developing the program structure.

Whether you’re trying to run your first 5km, or break a marathon PB, you’ll find Run Pro to be a flexible & fun way to improve your running.

 

How we develop our training programs?

  • FREE CONSULTATION This initial conversation helps to shape the running strategy.

  • RUNNING PLAN We recommend a Run Pro Plan to suit your needs; Starter, Develop, Go.

  • STRATEGY We walk you through the strategy – allowing runners to understand why and how they can improve.

  • DEVELOP TRAINING PROGRAM.We craft the training program to fit in with your life and lifestyle.

  • REVIEW AND LEARN We review the program monthly to see what’s working and what isn’t

  • REFINE We constantly refine & tweak the the program to adapt to progress.


What does it cost?

We have three styles of coaching training available.

Pro Develop - $120 per month

Pro Go - $250 per month.

The more detailed and specific training the runner needs is reflected by the coaching program we recommend.

What type of running will I do?

We believe in quality over quantity, and we always have an long-term approach to our training methodology.

Consistent running, week in - week out, will help to achieve your goals faster.

Recovery days, long days, fast days - we build these in to each program, along with a few trade secretes to help you perform at your best.

Run Pro 1 on 1 sessions.
